本公司為代辦澳洲簽證旅行社簽證是否獲批,最終由澳洲領事館決定.ETA旅遊電子簽證(簽證類別601)申請人必須同意提供以下資料;

1.申請人必須提交護照.

2.申請人必須提交身分證.

3.申請人必須填寫澳洲領事館的1554表格內容.

4.申請人必須詳細交代出發回程日期及行程.

5.申請人必須詳細提供今次出發澳洲的理由及目的.

若果澳洲領事館拒絕批出簽證,申請人雖要有義務提交更多補充資料及同意簽證費用將不會退還.在一般正常情況下申請ETA旅遊簽證最少需時3個工作日.(ETA簽證不適用於香港身份証明書DI及其他不符合ETA國家護照申請600簽證).請注意有機會澳洲領事館會抽樣檢查申請人所提供的申請資料是否符合簽證要求.因而延長澳洲簽證獲批時間,申請明白最終簽證獲批時間由領事館決定,本公司一概不負責任及申請人同意簽證費用將不會退還.電子簽證 (ETA) 是以觀光或商務為目的訪問澳洲, 一年多次入境澳洲,最長不超過3個月的滯留訪問遊客用電子簽證。注意申請人護照必須由出發當日起計算有半年有效期.香港身份証明書DI及中國內地護照,澳門特區護照,其他國家護照申請600簽證澳洲旅遊簽證.申請人在提供足夠申請資料情況下, 申請時間不小於90個工作天.

私隱條例:

本公司將會遵守香港私隱條例不會把申請人的所有個人資料提交給第三方商業行為而得到利益,所有申請人的個人資料只會用於澳洲簽證方面使用。客戶可要求本公司刪除所有已提供簽證系統的個人資料.為保障其他申請人私隱本公司不會就個別申請人(不限於錯誤申請，取消簽證申請，等任何理由) 提供任何刪除資料後台證明,截圖及任何文書上信件的承諾.

We are the private company in Hong Kong, and are not affiliated with the Austrailian Government website.

ETA Tourist e-Visa (Visa Subclass 601) Applicants must agree to provide the following information;

1. The applicant must submit a passport.

2. The applicant must submit an ID card.

3. The applicant must fill in the contents of the 1554 form of the Australian consulate.

4. The applicant must explain the departure and return date and itinerary in detail.

5. The applicant must provide in detail the reason and purpose of leaving Australia this time.

The Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is available online 24 hours a day seven days a week, for applicants outside Australia who want to visit Australia for tourism or business purposes.

An ETA allows the holder to travel to Australia as many times as required within the validity period which is 12 months from the date of issue. The maximum length of each visit is three months.

 An ETA is an electronically stored authority equivalent to a visa. There is no stamp or label placed in your passport. ETA information is accessible by airlines, travel agents and Australian border agencies. An ETA is linked to the passport number that is used in an ETA application and the holder must use the same passport to travel to Australia.

 Attention:An ETA is automatically linked to your passport. The customs authorities and airline check-in staff have access to this information, using your passport details, so there is no need for any further documentation or reference numbers to be presented. 

 Hong Kong Identity Card DI and Mainland China Passport, Macao SAR Passport, and other national passports apply for a 600 visa Australian Tourist Visa. Applicants should provide no less than 90 working days when they provide sufficient application information.

Privacy Policy:

The company will abide by the Hong Kong Privacy Ordinance and will not submit all the applicant's personal data to third-party business practices for benefits. All the applicant's personal data will only be used for Australian visa purposes. Customers can request the company to delete all personal data provided by the visa system. In order to protect the privacy of other applicants, the company will not provide any background proof of deletion of data for individual applicants (not limited to wrong applications, cancellation of visa applications, etc.) , screenshots and any letter of commitment on paperwork.

個人信息
Nexus Travel Compnay Limited不會收集任何非自願提供的個人信息。我們會自動收集基本的信息，如IP地址，服務器信息，瀏覽器類型和操作系統。

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

We do not use Malware Scanning. Nexus Travel Compnay Limited does not collect any personal information that is not provided voluntarily. We do automatically collect basic computer information such as IP address, server information, browser type, and operating system.

We automatically save submitted information to a database, which will store name and passport information for our customers. This will be used solely for the purpose of Australian Visas. It will not be used for any other purpose.

All personal information you provide us will be treated confidentially, and will only be used and/or disclosed in accordance with your consent.

We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website .

The Applicant agrees to waive the right to file a lawsuit when using the services of the Company's  website , including the applicant's agent, staff and shareholders, as a result of misuse or abuse of the website . All refunds should be submitted through our website . The refund amount will be refunded to your credit card account within 1 week and the transaction will be cancelled.
